Service includes
Repairs and post-warranty of mould injection machines,extruders, shaping machines and casting machines of all makes.

 

Repair and installation of control systems

• Repairs of individual electrical and electronical components or entire control systems
• If necessary we can replace current (outdated) control system with a new one, including whole machine revamp

 

Repair of hydraulic systems

• Our qualified staff are able to repair entire hydraulics,
• We replace pressure pipes and hydraulic hoses with new ones
• In case of any damage we reseal hydraulic components as well as hydraulic pumps with own production seals,
• We carry out repair of hydraulic pumps such as pistons, lamellar or gear hydrogenerators.

 

Diagnostics of hydraulic systems

• Deviation measurement of hydraulic system (especially pressure, temperature and flow) using diagnostic device Parker SensoControl,
• Machine monitoring to determine stability of each production cycle.

 

Machine preventive checkup

• We provide machine and device preventive checkups,
• or each machine we have prepared protocols that are recognized by ISO and VDA certifications,
• Tightening of screws to certain torque (we own a device that can reach torque up to 15700Nm) specified by manufacturer
