What does modernization include ?
We will replace the outdated system and equip the machine with a new control system from the Austrian manufacturer of control systems, KEBA. If necessary, we will perform a complete replacement of the electrical installation, including the installation of equipment with either new or overhauled hydraulic systems.
Why is modernization needed ?
First of all it is its economical aspect. You can save electric energy, achieve higher efficiency, speed up production cycle and simplify machine operation.

As an example of a successful modernization, we refer to the ItalTech 2500 injection molding machine, where significant electrical energy savings were achieved, partly due to the replacement of constant pumps with speed pumps.
The manufacturer KEBA itself indicates an electrical energy savings of 30%. However, with this installation, the savings exceeded those values (see graphs above). The total costs for one production day decreased from the original €337 to €204, representing a percentage decrease of 39.5%

End of support for MC4 control systems from KraussMaffei
Manufacturer announced the end of support for the MC4 control systems in 2022. Our customers approached us to inquire whether it would be possible to retrofit KraussMaffei machines with the MC4 control system, and our answer was clear. Please see the before-and-after photos
